OUR STORY
Bristol Print & Sew offers workshops for all abilities from the Document Studios in Bristol. Workshops are run by Kate Crilly, whose designs have sold worldwide to thousands of customers.
Dedicated to inspiring and nurturing the creative spark in everyone who comes to the workshops, all abilities are welcome and classes are designed to be fun and free flowing.
workshops
Let your creativity flow in this textile printing workshop. Suitable for all levels of experience and focussing on fun and experimentation.
I will show you various techniques such as collage, mark making, painting and layering to create your designs. You are then free to create and experiment using the dyes and heat press.
Many attendees have never tried fabric printing so don't be put off if you are a complete beginner!
Heat transfer dye is permanent after just 60 seconds in the heat press, so no waiting for fabric to dry!
All materials are provided but you may wish to bring extra fabric (must be man made fibres - see notes)
Got a boring old sweatshirt you no longer love? Or a pair of jeans that could do with a make over? Come along to a workshop where you can cut out bold, colourful vinyl shapes and heat press them onto your garments!
A 1:1 workshop where you learn to print a mug, tote bag and coaster using sublimation printing. This workshop sets you up with the knowledge to start your own sublimation business
